We offer two types of services, full management and let only.

For both we advertise your property, carry out a credit check reference on potential tenants and draw up the legally binding lease agreement.

The full managed service lets you take a back seat and leaves Deanwood to look after all aspects of renting your property.

The let only service gives you the opportunity to still look after your property without the worry of finding and securing a suitable tenant.
