LEGAL TERMS
The successful purchaser must have the ability to enter into a legally binding contract at the end of the Auction and therefore an immediate exchange of contracts with a deposit of £10,000.00 will be required by Bankers cheque or Advocates client account cheque (personal cheques will not be accepted) in part payment of the purchase money. Along with the deposit, the Coroner will require sufficient proof of identity (photographic), residential address (preferably 2 utility bills dated within the last 3 months – not a mobile phone bill), source of funds and source of wealth. The balance of purchase money shall be paid by means of an Advocate’s client account cheque drawn by the Purchaser’s Advocate and the purchase completed on the 6th day of January 2021 or earlier by mutual agreement at the office of Bridson Halsall Advocates Limited.
It is suggested that any legal advice etc. required should be sought prior to the day of the Auction.
